I wish to apply for membership to Orpington Road Runners.  I agree to abide by rules of the club and pay my subscription which is payable upon membership, annually thereafter on the 1st January. The subscription rates for 2011 are £10 annual subscription fee plus a one-off joining fee of £5 for first claim members and for second claim members - £5 only.

I understand that participation in the Club's running activities is entirely at my own risk.
