I wish to apply for membership to Orpington Road Runners.  I agree to abide by the rules of the club and pay my subscription which is payable upon membership, then annually thereafter on the 1st January. The subscription rates for 2008 are £10 annual subscription fee plus a one-off joining fee of £5 for first claim members and for second claim members - £5 only.

I understand that participation in the Club's running activities is entirely at my own risk.
