Rules

This competition is based upon local races and is
based upon comparisons between personal
achievements NOT the fastest runners in the
club. It starts with the Darent Valley 10k in
May 2007 (usually April) and runs throughout the
year with awards presented at the annual dinner
in May 2008.
Awards will be presented based upon:
1) how well individuals improve
against their best 2006/7 ORR 10k handicap time
and
2) how they compare against “best for
age/sex” (WAVA score).
