Orpington Races - the 11th Season (2008)

Date: Sunday 22nd June
Overcast weather at dawn gave way to blue skies
and a mild headwind for this year's race,
although this was unlikely to have dried out the
shadier parts of High Elms from the rain earlier
in the week. This was the first year that we had
five races to contend with - the adult 10k race,
the fun run, and three school races (a senior
race, an upper-junior and lower-junior race).
